Windrock is in a league all its own, I have riden there several times and have had fun each time.. Some of the trails are starting to show some wear and be careful if you do not know the trail in advance. We got on one trail that had a nearly vertical drop of several feet on it. We had to take each machine down one at a time. This took us over 1 hour. Also, there are several new trails now open. If you explore across Hwy. 116 you may need a GPS. The trails are not maked very well and it is easy to get lost. It is a definite must visit and let me know when you do because I want to go back again and again. :) Just one new item that you should be aware of. They now charge for riders as well ($10 per day), they used to not do this.

Folks the website is www.trailsheaven.com and it deserves the name because .if you have not been to Hatfield and you even like to ride.....you dont have to love it because you will love it once you have been there, its a great place to ride. Just be reminded that helments are required and.you can not ride doubles. You owe it to yourself to get to Hatfield at some point and check it out.

I have linked to the campground area because that is where we stayed, you ride from there to the riding area. Some things you should know are:
Helments are required but you can ride double
You can ride into Evarts for gas, etc. but use caution (stay near the trailhead, ATV's are not legal on the roadways in KY )
did I mention riding is FREE!
It's worth a visit for sure, also the people in the area are VERY nice.
